Brianna Hollimon

Brianna Hollimon was born in Baltimore City, Maryland. Her passion for dance started at the age of 5 as a member of the dance ministry at World Alive Worship Center. At the age of 9 Brianna’s interest in the arts spread from strictly dance to musical theater when she joined Arena Players. Brianna was a member of the Arena Players’ Youth Theatre for 9 consecutive years, performing up to 4 shows a year. Brianna also studied ballet, jazz, and modern dance at Flair Dance Studios and St. Paul School for Girls, where she was awarded the Senior Dance Award. At Goucher College in Towson, Brianna studied Communications and French and was a member of the Goucher College Dance Team. Brianna recently performed in Artscentric’s Dreamgirls (Stepp Sister), The Color Purple (Ensemble Nettie Understudy), and Chicago (Annie). This is Brianna’s second year with Dance Happens and she is excited to be teaching Creative Movement and Musical Theater.
